wedding flower tiles
We have an initial discussion about which flowers from your bouquet will be suitable for casting. As soon as possible after your wedding you need to get the flowers to me. You can post them to me (I will explain how to do this) or arrange to have them dropped off at my studio by appointment. If you wish to keep your bouquet intact you could ask your florist to keep a few stems aside and these could be used for the casting. Alternatively, I may be able to source the same flowers you are using myself, which would save you having to organise getting them to me. There would be an additional charge for this.
If you would like to create the tile yourself I can provide all the materials and up to two hours of 1-2-1 guidance for the cost of the tile and a £100 tuition fee. You would actually make two tiles – a small ‘practise’ one and then the final one. The tuition would take place at my studio in Newcastle upon Tyne.
memorial tiles

bespoke botanical tiles
We have an initial discussion about which flowers you want to use and if they will be suitable for casting. If you want botanicals foraged from a particular meaningful place (for example I was once supplied with flora from a particular Scottish mountainside for a commission, but please do forage responsibly!) you need to get them to me. You can post them (I will explain how to do this) or arrange to have them dropped off at my studio by appointment. Alternatively, I may be able to source the flowers you want myself, which would save you having to organise getting them to me. There would be an additional charge for this.
all bespoke plaster tiles
You can choose to have a square or a circular tile. The sizes start at 10 x 10 cm and go up to 30 x 30 cm with a few options in between. I can custom size, for example, if you want a rectangle shape, but if I need to make a casting frame specially the cost of this will be added to the total price. A non-refundable fee of 25% of the tile price is required at the time of booking regardless of the size of tile. This is so that I ensure I can block out my studio time to create your tile. The balance is payable once your tile is complete, before delivery. As your tile is made to order it is non-returnable.

All tile prices include packaging and shipping by Royal Mail special delivery but additional costs may apply for sourcing botanicals and for custom sizing. The above prices are for plaster tiles only. Tiles in terracotta or concrete are slightly more expensive. I can also supply custom sizing on request. Please get in touch for a quote.
